I ordered a few plastic-free bathroom bits they arrived with hardly any packaging, which was a nice change. Sometimes I feel trapped by how much waste comes with even the simplest online orders, so this felt like a small win. It’s good buying from somewhere that actually seems to care a bit. I’d use them again.

really liked having a browse on Boobalou. there’s a nice mix of baby things and eco-friendly bits all in one place, and I spotted a few items I don’t usually see in regular shops. the site was easy to get around too. I’d happily use it again

I was happy with this because it’s really comfy to use, doesn’t leave that scratchy or irritated feeling afterward, showed up quicker than I expected, and overall just does exactly what I needed it to do without any fuss, so yeah I’d definitely buy it again.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying, it's decent stuff and I didn't have any major issues with it, but it's definitely a bit pricey for what you get. Not bad, just make sure you compare prices first so you don't end up paying more than you need to.

"Easy bits for our cloth nappies"
Picked up a few things from Boobalou for our cloth nappies. Liners, boosters, that sort of thing. they’ve been really handy. They fit with the nappies we already had, which was the main thing. No messing about, no trying to make them work.

Delivery was decent too. Turned up quickly, packed fine, all straightforward. Just nice when cloth nappy stuff does what you need it to do without a load of guessing first...

"Good quality, but not quite perfect"
I was happy with my order from Boobalou overall. The items feel well made and definitely don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel, which is always a relief. One of the pieces was a little thinner than I thought it would be, so I was slightly disappointed there, but it still works fine for what I need. I’d buy from them again, I’d just pay a bit closer attention to the product details next time.

I used this in the kitchen and got everything cleaned up faster than I usually do. It worked better than I expected, especially on the counters. Weirdly, I still remember there was a single dry noodle stuck by the stove, and even that came off without much effort

I ended up ordering some reusable pads and a couple of bathroom things after looking through the product details, and yeah, everything was pretty much like it said. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the pads, but they’re soft and not bulky, which was the main thing I was worried about.

Delivery was fine, didn’t take too long, and it was all packed neatly. I’ve only used some of it so far, but no complaints at this point. Would probably order again.

I emailed about an issue and wasn’t really in a massive rush at first, so I figured I’d just wait it out. After a few days I ended up sending a follow-up, and then had to nudge them one more time before I got a proper response. To be fair, once they did get back to me, they sorted everything out fine. Overall, the customer service was okay, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked...

"Decent safe baby items, but label info could be better"
I ordered a few baby bits from Boobalou and, to be fair, they do seem well made and safe. I always check for sharp edges or any odd plastic smells, and everything was fine on that front. Delivery was perfectly okay too. I’m just knocking a star off because one of the items had minimal info on the label, which is a bit annoying when it’s something for a baby. Not a huge issue, but I’d expect a little better.

"Mostly right, but not what they promised"
My order from boobalou.co.uk was mostly fine, but one of the items turned up in the wrong size. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s annoying when you pick a specific size and expect them to send what they promised. Everything else in the order was okay, but that one mistake took the shine off it a bit.
